The following page illustrates how close to populated areas the proposed development of Holland House is, and the approximate timings of how long it will take to cover the identified distance based upon an averagely fit adult male, should one of the proposed DSPD inmates of Holland House escape.

It is worth noting that, at 0.7 miles from Holland House as the village of Hook is entered, there is the Nursery with the Primary School opposite which can be accesses via the public footpath as indicated by the dotted red line on the first map.

Clearly, the proposed development of Holland House into a facility to retain people of DSPD classification has not been logically thought through. The sports facilities regularly used by children directly adjacent to the property, the proximity of both the Nursery and Primary School, and the ease of access to major transportation arteries will, if the proposed development into a DSPD facility is allowed to proceed, present a very high risk to the communities of the area which has not previously existed.
